The Diving around Koh Chang

Warm waters, little to no current and an abundance of healthy coral makes Koh Chang a superb spot for scuba diving. Visibility is best during the high season (Nov – Apr) with turtles, reef sharks and bump head parrotfish frequently spotted all year round. Koh Chang also boasts the largest recreational diving wreck in Thailand (100m+), the HTMS Chang. Just 20 minutes away by boat, the wreck is full of life both inside and out. Sightings of Whalesharks around the HTMS Chang have increased significantly in the last few years.
